Healthie makes it easy for providers to receive payments from clients directly through the platform. This is powered by our partnership with Stripe, a PCI-compliant, secure payment processor that processes billions of dollars in over 30 countries annually.
How to add your bank account information on Healthie
During Set Up, when you click on "Billing --> Client Packages" you will be prompted to add your information, including your address, date of birth, and account / routing number.
Note: Healthie does not have access to view this information, and it is kept securely through Stripe.
If you choose to skip this step, you can fill in this information later.
You can add / edit your bank account information at any time within Healthie by clicking Billing--> Client Packages. Then click "More" and "Change Bank Account"
Is it possible to add 2 separate bank accounts to my profile?
You can only have one bank account attached to a single Healthie account. If you have more than one bank account, we would need to create two Healthie accounts for you. For help with this, please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org
