Charging a client if you have a client's credit card on file 

If you have a client's credit card on file, you can securely process a payment of either a) a client package or b) a one-time, other payment (often used for cancellation policies, co-pays, etc). 

A. Charging for a client package

Go to Billing --> Client Packages
Find the package you'd like to bill for
Click "Charge" and select the individual. Apply a Promo Code as applicable.
The client will receive a confirmation receipt of service purchased. 

B. Charging for another service or need

Click on Billing --> Payments from the main dashboard.
Click "Charge Client" - Choose the Client, the Charge Reason (E.g., Cancellation, Co-Pay, and other)
Then include the Amount you'd like to bill. 

The client will receive a confirmation receipt of service purchased. The receipt will indicate the service and price purchased. 

Note: for a client's name to appear, they must have a credit card number on file. 

If you do not have a client's credit card on file, please first enter the client's information by going to their profile --> Actions --> Edit Client Info
