Client Healthie User ID

When a new client is added to Healthie, a unique user ID is automatically generated for them. This ID serves as a secure way to identify a client outside of the platform (ie. in exported Reports) while protecting client PHI. 

You can locate the client's Healthie User ID by navigating to their client profile. The URL that displays when the client's profile page is open, contains the unique ID. 

For example, if the URL for a client's profile is https://secure.gethealthie.com/users/608984 then their Healthie User ID is 608984. 

Client's can also be located by their Healthie User ID in the client search bar. Simply paste the User ID and the corresponding client will appear in the search results.
