Tripment and Healthie

Healthie’s integration with Tripment Health gives users the ability to order affordable labs and diagnostic imaging for their patients nationwide. Through Tripment Health, referrals and orders can be placed within Healthie and sent to patients. Tripment Health then coordinates care for patients, ensuring care continuity and compliance, while allowing for complete cost transparency. This article contains information on Healthie's integration with Tripment Health.

The Tripment Health feature in Healthie is available for Plus Plan members and up. Subscription to Tripment Health is not required. Free trial for Tripment Health is not available.

About Tripment

Tripment Health is a healthcare e-commerce platform, providing access to affordable imaging and labs, taking the stress out of surprise bills and appointment bookings. They partner with major CLIA-certified labs and free-standing ACR accredited imaging facilities across 49 states to provide bloodwork, MRIs, CT-scans, mammograms, x-rays, and more.

Providers request labs and submit referrals for imaging studies on patients’ behalf. Tripment Health then works with your patients to ensure adherence, helping facilitate appointment scheduling and compliance. All results are sent directly to the referring provider in Healthie.

Create a Tripment Account

Create a Tripment account to get started here. Tripment Health is 100% free for providers - no initiation fees, no subscription fees, and no transaction fees. The Tripment onboarding wizard will guide you through the registration process, and this typically takes about 5 minutes.

All providers recognized as a “Health Care Provider” under Federal regulations may create a Tripment account. If you do not have an NPI number, contact Tripment here and they will directly reach out to you to see if you’re a good candidate for Tripment Health.

Enable Healthie Integration with Tripment

Once you are established with a Tripment Health account, please complete this form to request that we enable this integration for your account. This integration can be enabled at no additional cost for any members on our Plus Plan and above.

Healthie's team will add a link out to Tripment's website on the sidebar in Healthie's portal and Healthie will provide the customer the API Key that's needed on Tripment’s end for the results integration. Currently, the results only integration is sending a PDF back into the Provider's "Documents" section of the Healthie portal.

Fees

There is no fee to access this integration. No subscription required and no membership fees.

Each provider sets their own prices for the visit types and procedures that they wish to offer to patients. You may list any in-person or virtual visit types, consultations, or procedures that you offer.

Note: Tripment Health is only able to process cash payments from patients at this time and is unable to work with insurance payors.
