Direct Messaging on Healthie

Direct Messaging on Healthie, as part of our ONC certification, enables providers to securely send and receive health information.

Direct Messaging is a HIPAA-compliant, easy to use feature that ensures that orders, electronic health records, and other protected health information are securely transmitted by the person who they say they are.

Direct Messaging within Healthie simplifies the process of sending and receiving referrals as digital structured content, making transmitted documents much more useful than faxing.

Note: This feature is available on our Production (not Staging) Environment.

Fees

Direct Messaging is available as an annual add-on Fee to our Enterprise Plan. Cost and setup fees depend on the size of your organization and the number of full-time, active billing NPIs.

Additional fees may apply based on monthly data usage.
