OPTT and Healthie
In response to the dynamic landscape of mental healthcare, OPTT Health and Healthie unite to meet the escalating demand for data-driven, evidence-based, and comprehensive services. Our collaboration introduces OPTT Health triage, a user-friendly first-step solution seamlessly integrated into the Healthie dashboard as a Healthie Smart Task in the clinician dashboard. This integration optimizes the patient journey, providing clinicians with the tools to deliver exceptional care within the Healthie EMR platform.

About OPTT
From the OPTT Clinic Admin dashboard, the care team has access to the automatically created triage campaign link. This generated link can be strategically employed across various referral channels, such as social media campaigns, referring hospitals, community health centers, or mental health directories. This versatile approach empowers care teams to effectively track patient referrals.
OPTT Health triage enables patients to articulate their mental health stories offline, capturing a comprehensive narrative of their current mental health state, symptoms, concerns, and history. The initial step involves a psychoeducational section, preparing the patient to feel ready to share their story.
After completing the triage session and registering with their name, family name, and email address, all the information seamlessly transfers to the Healthie dashboard. Clinicians can access the triage results, including the symptomatic level of the shared narrative, recommended level of care, digital adherence, condition and situation categories within the narrative, and the outcomes of standard questionnaires (such as PHQ-9 and GAD-7) as a Healthie smart task in their dashboard.

To get in touch with OPTT’s Sales Team please email admin@optt.ca or ask your Healthie Customer Success Manager for an introduction.
Once a provider decides to integrate OPTT Health Triage as an add-on to their Healthie account, they will receive an email from the OPTT Health team with the credentials for accessing their OPTT Health Clinic Admin dashboard which is connected to their Healthie Clinician dashboard.
Enable OPTT Integration with Healthie
Once you’ve enabled an Enter Health account, email hello@gethealthie.com for your API Key. The Healthie support engineering team will share the API Key to your Documents section which you can share with Enter.
Customization
The branding, design, and URL of the triage page can be customized to the customer's brand and website address. Additionally, clinical teams can add additional standard questionnaires to the OPTT Health triage process to meet their care protocols and requirements.
Fees (from OPTT)
This integration and API solution is available to all Healthie healthcare organizations on Plus, Group, and Enterprise plans at no extra charge from Healthie. OPTT contract (dual subscription) is required.
