Saved Filter Views in the Org Calendar

As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline scheduling, we’ve now enabled users to save filtered views in the organization calendar.  Saving a filtered view makes it easy to create and access custom calendar views across an organization. Watch a tutorial video on how to use this new feature here.

To find the save filter views option, navigate to the sidebar of the organization calendar. From there, make the specific filter selections for the calendar view you’d like to save by scrolling below the Org Filter Views section on the left sidebar. Once your calendar filters are  set, you can save and name the calendar view for easier access next time.

Note: Saved org filter views and any edits made to existing org filter views will apply to the entire organization. 

Once a filtered view is created, you can find it in the dropdown under Org Filter Views. You can easily switch calendar views by clicking into a saved filter within the drop down.

You can also share the filtered view with other members of your organization by selecting the arrow icon. Clicking the arrow icon will automatically copy a shareable link to your clipboard so that they can view and save the filtered view you created. 

To make an edit to an existing filtered view name or remove a filtered view, navigate to Manage Saved Filters. You will then see the full list of saved filters and edit from there.
