Is this integration built natively inside Healthie?
No — this is a third-party, HIPAA-compliant integration powered by Keragon that leverages Healthie’s public API to bidirectionally send and receive data between Healthie, Keragon, and another 3rd party tool.
Does Healthie charge for this integration?
No. Healthie does not charge customers to use the integration. Customers subscribe directly to Keragon. Additionally, a subscription to the 3rd party tool you want to connect with may be required (ie. Quickbooks).
Who supports implementation?
Keragon offers live chat and onboarding guides. Healthie Support can direct customers to resources but does not build workflows for customers.
Can enterprise customers use this with their custom SSO setup?
Yes — Keragon supports OAuth2 and API key-based authentication compatible with enterprise setups.
