Marketplace Partner Terms of Use & Third-Party Agreements
This document provides links to the applicable third-party terms of use, privacy policies, and end-user agreements for products and services made available through the Healthie Harbor Marketplace.
Customers who elect to utilize any third-party product or service are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the applicable third-party terms, which govern their use of those products and services in addition to any agreement with Healthie.
By executing a reseller agreement with Healthie and enabling or purchasing a Marketplace Partner product, customers acknowledge that:
- The third-party provider’s terms apply directly between the customer and the provider
- Third-party providers are responsible for their own products and services
- Terms may change at the provider’s discretion
Customers are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
