How to open an incognito (private) window
An incognito or private window lets you browse the internet without saving any history, cookies, or cached data. It's a great way to test whether a problem you're experiencing is caused by saved data in your browser. If the issue goes away in an incognito window, clearing your cache will likely fix it.

How to Use It for Troubleshooting
- Open an incognito or private window using the steps above.
- Go to the website or page where you were having trouble.
- Try the same action that wasn't working before.
If the problem goes away: The issue is likely caused by your browser's saved data. Try clearing your cache (see How to Clear Your Browser Cache) and then use your regular browser window again.
If the problem is still there: The issue is probably not related to your browser. Contact support for help.
