How to find a client ID

Every client in Healthie has a unique ID number. You may be asked to provide this when reaching out to support so we can look into your account or troubleshoot an issue.

Steps

1. Log in to Healthie and open the profile of the client in question.
2. Look at the URL in your browser's address bar. It will look something like this: https://secure.gethealthie.com/users/101
3. The number at the end of the URL is the client ID. In this example, the client ID is 101.
4. Copy that number and include it in your support request.

Tips

• The client ID is always the last number in the URL when viewing a client's profile.
