Resetting your password

To reset your password, go to the Healthie login page and click "Forgot my Password." This works for both providers and clients.

How it works

Enter your email address. If it exists in the system, you will receive an email with a reset link. Click the link to set a new password. If you do not see the email, check your spam or promotions folder. The reset link expires after 24 hours. If it expires, request a new one.

Password requirements

Your new password must meet all of the following:

  • At least 10 characters long
  • Upper and lowercase letters
  • At least one number (0-9)
  • At least one special character (!, @, #, $, %, etc.)

Avoid common phrases like "password," "123456," or "qwerty." If your password is rejected despite meeting the above requirements, it is considered too common. Choose a different one.

Single sign-on users

If you use SSO, your password requirements are set by your identity provider, not Healthie.

Turn off browser autofill before resetting

Your browser may autofill the password field or submit the login form automatically before you finish typing. This can cause the reset to fail or lock you out.

Turn off autofill before you start:

  • Chrome: Settings > Passwords and Autofill > Google Password Manager > Settings > toggle off "Offer to save passwords"
  • Safari: Settings > Autofill > uncheck "User names and passwords"
  • Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Logins and Passwords > uncheck "Autofill logins and passwords"
  • Edge: Settings > Profiles > Passwords > toggle off "Offer to save passwords"

After resetting, you can turn autofill back on. If your browser saved the old password, delete it from your password manager and save the new one. If you continue to have trouble, try again in an incognito or private window.
