October 2018: Referral program, updates to calendar and telehealth
Web platform
Earn Healthie Credit by Referring Colleagues
- You can now easily grab your referral link through your Healthie account. Click on your profile picture or gear icon at the top right of your account and then click on “Refer & Earn.” A page will open where you can copy your unique referral link to share with your colleagues. Details about how you can earn credit will be there.
Manage Your Calendar with Ease
- You can now edit blocked time on your calendar. Before, you had to remove the blocked time and then re-add the updated blocked time. Now, you'll see an “Edit Block” button when you click on the time block.
- You can now unsync a calendar. Previously, the Healthie team had to help you do this from our backend. You'll see an "Unsync" button on the "Sync Calendar" page, which you can access via the "More" menu on the "Calendar" page.
Easily Add Videos in Forms
- There's now a "Video" Question Bank that contains a "Video" field, which you can drag and drop into your forms. Once this field is in your form, click "Edit" and add a link to the video from either YouTube or Vimeo.
More Help with Resolving a Telehealth Issue
- Sometimes when you or a client try to connect to a Telehealth chat, an issue arises with connecting. This may be due to lack of connection of your microphone or camera, which is required for Telehealth to work. We want you to be able to resolve this quickly, so now a message will appear that explains how to grant access to your microphone or camera and enter the Telehealth chat.
- It's now easier to use the Healthie web platform on a smartphone due to the site navigation moving into a menu at the top left of the screen:
When you press this menu, you'll see the same navigation items that you're used to seeing in the left sidebar on the site:
Synced Appointments on Calendar
- Synced appointments on the Healthie calendar now appear more clearly as being synced appointments, as they no longer contain fields that are only relevant to Healthie appointments
- Synced appointments that span multiple days now appear on the Healthie calendar
Payments Report
The "Your Payments" report has been updated with the ability to:
- See more payment-related data than was previously available
- Reconcile credit card payments with bank transfers
- More easily understand the data in the report
If you're part of an organization, the "Organization Payments" report has also received the same update.
Client Reminders
Five minutes before your scheduled Telehealth appointments (through Healthie’s internal Telehealth system or Zoom calls), your clients will now receive a push notification and email reminder to reduce no shows and improve punctuality.
When your clients engage with the push notification (or press the button inside the email), the iOS/Android Healthie app will open on their mobile device and the video chat will be loaded.
Notifications
There's now an option to clear the number on the bell near that appears near the top right of your Healthie account. If you press "Mark All as Seen," any number that currently appears will be removed.
Calendar
It's now easier to distinguish between synced versus non-synced appointments on your Healthie calendar.
Previously, when you synced your calendar in Healthie, it was hard to discern which appointments were synced versus non-synced.
In the appointment details of synced appointments, you'll now clearly see text that states it's a synced appointment from your outside calendar.
Calendar
It's now easier for you to print intake forms. Some clients have difficulty filling out their intake forms online, so you can print them for clients who prefer to complete their forms via paper and pen. This will be especially useful for brick and mortar practices serving an elderly population.
Press the "Generate PDF" button near the top of an intake form, and then print the PDF that gets generated.
