Diving in:

Timezones

Much anticipated update now live - As a provider or client on the platform, you now have the direct ability to lock the timezone that you would like your calendar displays, e-mail notifications, text reminders, and other "time-related attributes" to display within the platform. The Healthie platform will now automatically detect if your time zone has changed, and ask whether you would like to adjust your default timezone.

When the system detects that you are in another time, the following pop-up will appear:

Going on vacation for just a short-period? You may not want your timezone to change, and you can lock it by going to Settings (Top Right) > Personal Account > Timezone.

Type in the search box to find your timezone or scroll through the list.

Once you make a selection, you’ll see the current time in that timezone so you can be sure that it’s the correct option.

Your timezone affects your appointment times, automatic reminders, the times you see in reports, and more. Your clients have their own timezone setting so that each person sees times in their appropriate timezone. By default, Healthie uses the timezone of your computer or device.

Enhanced onboarding experience for welcoming clients to the platform

Client welcome emails will now include your branding (versus Healthie's branding) and will include clearer onboarding steps in ensure that your clients can set their passwords, log into the platform, complete intake forms, and download the mobile app. After clients complete your intake forms, they will be prompted with a "next steps" page encouraging them to download the mobile app, buy a package, and schedule an appointment.

Up next, later this month: Refresh of Healthie's education portal, additional flexibility around permissions and settings as both an individual provider and a group practice, and general UI/UX updates.
