January 2019: iOS & Android App: Chat design, Telehealth navigation, Styling; Web: Updates to Programs & Pre-fill

Platform release notes: January 15, 2019

iOS & AndroidApp (v. 5.8): 

• Chat
  • Bullet points in a message sent from computer now show up in Mobile App (!!)
• Telehealth Navigation / Video Calls
  • Added error messages if providers / clients do not enable microphone or camera access, with prompts and in-app messages to guide user to take recommended action
• General UI/UX updates
  • Booking an Appointment no longer requires scrolling on some iPhone models
  • Styling updates throughout mobile app, in particular in "Documents" "Video chat" and "Notifications" 
  • Ensure that profile picture does not look "Squished" on some iPhone models

Note: Depending on your phone's settings, your phone may update to the newest version automatically. If not, please visit your App Store and make sure you have updated your iOS Healthie app to the latest version to benefit from this update.

Web platform (minor updates): 

• Programs (formerly Education)
  • UI/UX updates to improve design and styling
  • Workflow enhancements when adding a new module to a course
  • Added placeholder text within Programs for ease of starting a new course
  • E-mail template updates for program e-mails
• Calendar
  • Change the way blocked time is picked up by Healthie's calendar 
  • Organization Calendar: Provider is selected by default, when creating an appointment for a particular provider within an organization
• Charting & intake forms
  • Charting notes can pre-fill during a telehealth session
  • Updates to previewing an intake form
• E-mails
  • Providers can specify the e-mail address that should receive replies that clients send to automated e-mails (for multi-provider practices - please message Healthie team to enable)
• CMS 1500s & Superbills
  
  • Added insurance policy data to CMS 1500 report
  • Within Superbills, Address Line 1 is now required
  • UI/UX updates to reduce white space below input areas
• General
  • Notification (Success message) when client is added
  • Tooltips easier to read for providers
  • Other UI/UX updates
