Share forms with colleagues

If you've built an intake form, charting template form, or program form, you can easily share it with colleagues for their use in their own Healthie accounts.

If you are in the same Healthie account as this colleague, e.g., within the same Organization, please navigate to Organization > Members > Edit Settings (for the specific member) > Permissions > Can create, edit, and delete forms, charting templates and intake flows.

This allows your colleague to access Forms in their own account. When you share a form with a colleague, the system will create a copy of it (at that point in time) and add it directly to their account. Any modifications that this colleague makes will not affect your version of the intake / charting / program form. Moreover, your colleague will not be able to re-share the form directly with other providers.

If you and this colleague have separate Healthie accounts, follow the instructions below to share forms. 


How to share a form

Forms > Select Form > Options > Share with colleagues

A popup will appear, that will prompt you to enter the provider's e-mail address that you'd like to share a form with.

When you click "Share", the receiving provider will get an e-mail indicating that you've shared a form with them, and the form will appear in their Forms Library.

Notes:

  • Please make sure you use the e-mail address that the colleague uses to sign into Healthie, otherwise they will not receive the form
  • To protect provider privacy, if you enter an invalid e-mail address (e.g., an email address that is not that of a provider), you will not receive any error message indicating a failure to share form
