Opening a Report in Safari

Downloading a report on Safari

Click on the desired report and it will be downloaded to your documents area under "Generated Reports" This may take up to 30 minutes, depending on the volume of information being pulled. 

Data will appear in a.CSV file format for your review and analysis. 

When selecting download for a report, you might see the report appear in another tab and not in Numbers or Excel. 

To view the report in an Excel spreadsheet or Numbers, right-click on the report and there should be an option to Download Linked File. 

The file will download into your Download files, where you can pull up this data in Excel or in Numbers.
