  • As a cloud-based platform, Healthie requires an internet connection - broadband wired or wireless

  • Microsoft Edge 109 or higher

Recommended devices for Telehealth / Video Chat

  • Devices require a) speakers and a microphone built-in, USB plug-in, or wireless Bluetooth and b) a webcam or HD webcam - built-in or USB plug-in
  • Telehealth operates on web browsers that support the WebRTC technology (for HIPAA-compliance) or an operating system that enables downloads of applications (e.g., Mac OS X / Windows 7 and higher)
