Receive Payment Receipts for your Healthie Subscription

If you would like to receive a receipt when a subscription payment is made for your account, you can do so within your Notification Settings. 

  • Gear Icon > Settings 
  • Notifications 
  • Locate the setting "A receipt from a Healthie subscription payment is available" 
  • Enable this setting > Save your settings to update 

Additional Notes: 

  • These payment receipts are unique to your Healthie provider account, and are not related to client payments 
  • Receipts will automatically send to the email address associated with your Healthie provider account. If you would like to update the email address on file, please email 
  • If you would like a copy of your invoices for your records, these can be provided upon request 
  • Invoices cannot be generated to send in advance to payment, only payment receipts can be automated at this time
  • You can view which plan you are currently on by visiting your Subscription Page when logged into Healthie
