Receive Payment Receipts for your Healthie Subscription

If you would like to receive a receipt when a subscription payment is made for your account, you can do so within your Notification Settings.

  • Gear Icon > Settings 
  • Notifications 
  • Locate the setting within Payments: "A receipt from a Healthie subscription payment is available" 
    • Please note that only the account owner will see this setting. If you do not see this option as an account owner, please clear your cache and try again to enable.
  • Enable this setting > Save your settings to update 

Additional Notes: 

  • These payment receipts are unique to your Healthie provider account, and are not related to client payments 
  • Receipts will automatically send to the email address associated with your Healthie provider account. If you would like to update the email address on file, please email hello@gethealthie.com 
  • If you would like a copy of your invoices for your records, these can be provided upon request 
  • Invoices cannot be generated to send in advance to payment, only payment receipts can be automated at this time
  • You can view which plan you are currently on by visiting your Subscription Page when logged into Healthie
