December 2018: Education, Organization Settings, and Notifications

Platform release notes: December 21, 2018

Education

• Refreshed Healthie's Education Program to make it easier to build and distribute a course, manage existing courses
• Changed nomenclature "Education" to "Programs" to account for broader usage of this feature

Organization

• Added ability for providers to customize notifications that they receive via e-mail and mobile app regarding actions taken within the Healthie platform. View Notifications that you can customize here
• Providers now have option to receive e-mail and push notifications 5 minutes before the start time of a scheduled video call (this can be turned off via Settings > Notifications)
• New: Turn on the ability to receive an e-mail notification when your client(s) have completed their intake flow
• Added several "Appointment Settings" that were previously only available by messaging Healthie support. These settings are now directly accessible to providers

• Chat messages within the platform automatically load; system does not require a refresh to view fresh messages between clients and providers 

• UI/UX updates
