Link Healthie client information with your newsletter mailing list

If you would like to export your client names and e-mail addresses, often used for a newsletter campaign that you would like to send out, you can do this by navigating to:

  • "Reports" tab of Healthie in the main dashboard
  • Select "Your Client List (Name & E-mail)

This will produce a .csv file of your existing clients and their e-mail addresses.

You can then import this list into your newsletter CRM, such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact. 

Many Healthie providers will set a reminder on their task list to do this on a weekly basis, to ensure that contacts are kept up to date on their email platform of choice. 

Integrations with other e-mail platforms:

  • Mailchimp: At this time, it is not possible to automate the integration between Healthie and Mailchimp. This is because Mailchimp is not a HIPAA-compliant platform. 
  • ActiveCampaign: We do not currently have an integration with ActiveCampaign, and will update this post if / when this becomes available.
