Migrate from SimplePractice to Healthie

Do you currently use Simple Practice?

Healthie makes it easy to migrate from Simple Practice To Healthie. Here is the three-step process, and some FAQs that we've received from other providers that have successfully completed this migration.

Step 1: Create your Healthie account

Step 2: Export your client information from SimplePractice

Within your SimplePractice account, navigate to to Settings > Data Export
Click Export client data
Select All clients in the practice (this extends to group practices)
Select Complete data export
Note: Account Owners and Practice Managers roles are able to request data export from the platform; so if you are trying to complete an export and do not see the option, it's likely that you do not have the permission levels required for this.

Step 3: Complete Healthie's Import Questionnaire

From there, our migration team will be touch with specific questions, and offer the ability to schedule a call with us, in order to ensure your data is confidently and comprehensively and seamlessly migrated into your Healthie account
