Migrate from Practice Fusion to Healthie

Healthie makes it easy to migrate from Practice Fusion To Healthie. Here is the three-step process, and some FAQs that we've received from other providers that have successfully completed this migration.

Step 1: Create your Healthie account

Step 2: Export your client information from Practice Fusion

As a Practice Fusion user, you are entitled to a free export of your patient data upon termination of your Practice Fusion license. In order to facilitate this request, you must contact the Practice Fusion Customer Service team directly.

According to Practice Fusion website, Full data exports are typically processed within 4-6 weeks of receipt of the request; however, the time frame can vary from practice to practice due to the complexity of the process.

Step 3: Complete Healthie's Import Questionnaire once you have your Data Export

From there, our migration team will be in touch with you regarding specifics of the import and timeline. If you do have any questions or concerns, you can always bring it up to a Customer Success Manager during your onboarding call, or you can always email hello@gethealthie.com.

FAQs

Are there any types of information that will not be migrated?

On most Healthie plans, we are only able to import patient demographic information into your Healthie account.
If you are on an Enterprise plan, we may be able to migrate other information as well.
