Organization "Support" Email Address
Healthie empowers you to maintain seamless communication with your clients, even when messaging is disabled for their client account. The Get in Touch feature within the client portal ensures that clients always know how to reach out for help, whether they have questions about billing, scheduling, or accessing their account.
With this feature, clients can easily find the support they need without confusion, enhancing their overall experience with your practice.
How Client's can Get in Touch
Within the Client Profile, clients will see a Help (question mark icon) > Get in Touch
Within this modal, clients will see a prompt to reach out to their provider for billing, scheduling, health services, or assistance with accessing their account. For technical support, they are directed to Healthie, to submit a support ticket with our team.
If direct messaging is disabled, the Organization Email Address will appear on the Get in Touch page of the client portal, providing clients with a clear way to reach out for assistance.
The email address that displays on the Get in Touch modal can be configured within your account settings: Organization > Settings
By default, this email address will show the account owner's address, and can be configured at any time. There can only be one designated email address for an account. This is often your main office email address.
