Migrate from Jane App to Healthie

Healthie makes it easy to migrate from Jane App To Healthie. Here is the three-step process, and some FAQs that we've received from other providers that have successfully completed this migration.

Step 1: Create your Healthie account

Step 2: Export your Client Info from Jane App

Only system users that have Full Access in their Staff Profile will be able to export a patient list.

Within your Jane App account, navigate to the Reports Tab located on the top toolbar > under the Patient Reports, click on List.
Use the Filter to SELECT ALL clients in list
Click Export button on the right side of the page
The (csv) file can be saved to your local computer. You'll need this file to import into Healthie, so hang on to it!

Step 3: Initiate an Import into Healthie

Next, you'll complete Healthie's Import Questionnaire — you'll be prompted to attach your client list in this process, so have it ready to upload.
From there, our migration team will be in touch with specific questions, and offer the ability to schedule a call with us, in order to ensure your data is confidently and comprehensively and seamlessly migrated into your Healthie account. That's it!

Are there any types of information that will not be migrated?

We can migrate client's future appointments on our Enterprise Plan.

How to export Appointments from Jane App?

Navigate to the Reports Tab situated on the top toolbar.
Next, within the Appointments section, select Appointments.
Utilize the filters atop the appointment list, then click the Export button located on the right-hand side of the page once you're done. The file will be exported as a (csv) file, which you can save to your local computer.

How do I export Charts from Jane App?

The original account owner must submit a request to the Jane App support team to export these charts to a PDF or Excel file that aligns chart entries with patient profiles. Learn more about how to Batch Chart Export for Jane App.
