How to View ERA PDFs in Healthie (Claim.MD Integration)

Healthie’s Claim.MD integration supports in-platform viewing of ERA (Electronic Remittance Advice) PDFs — giving you faster access to payment details without switching systems.

View ERA PDFs Directly from a Claim

When available, the “View ERA” button will appear on the claim page. Clicking it opens the remittance advice PDF in a new tab, allowing for seamless review.

How to View an ERA in Healthie

• Navigate to the Billing > Claims section in your Healthie account.
• Select a claim that has an ERA associated with it.
• Click the “View ERA” button.
• A new browser tab will open displaying the ERA PDF.

No setup is required — this feature is automatically enabled for Claim.MD-connected accounts.
