Add Provider Bios to Booking Links
Add a personal bio to your provider profile that appears during client scheduling. Provider bios help clients feel confident when choosing the right provider for their needs, especially when booking from a shared organization booking link.
When clients book through your organization’s scheduling page, they often rely on provider bios to make an informed decision. Adding a brief professional introduction helps clients understand your background, expertise, and care approach, improving trust and conversion during booking.
Applicable for:
All plans. Provider bios can be added for any account; however, bios will only display to clients when booking within organizations that have multiple providers (i.e., when clients are prompted to select a provider during scheduling).
If there is only one provider on the account, the provider selection step will be skipped, and the bio will not appear during the booking process.
How to Add or Edit a Provider Bio
- Navigate to Organization > Members
- Click [...] > Edit Settings for the member whose profile you’d like to update
- Scroll to the Professional Information section
- Add your Bio in the text field
- Click Save

How Clients View Provider Bios
Provider bios appear on your public scheduling page when clients view available providers.
To preview how bios appear:
- Go to the Calendar of the provider whose bio you’d like to view
- Select More > Share and Embed
- Select the Sharing URL tab
- Click Live Preview
By default, bios are collapsed on the scheduling page. Clients can expand or collapse each provider’s bio by selecting the ▾ (down caret) next to the provider’s name.

Best Practices for Provider Bios
- Keep bios short and personable (1–2 short paragraphs).
- Include your credentials, specialty areas, and care philosophy.
- Use links sparingly — for example, to your professional profile or website.
For API Users
The provider bio field is available via GraphQL, supporting both read and write operations.
