Troubleshooting Healthie's Performance
If any part of Healthie feels like it's moving slower than usual, the first thing you should do is check our status page. Our team uses that to report on any issues affecting Healthie, and if there's an active incident you'll be able to see a description of it at the top of the page:

That will continue to be updated until we've confirmed that a fix has been released and the issue is resolved. We recommend subscribing to updates from the status page so that you get notifications about any incidents that happen as soon as we find them.
General Tips
If the status page is quiet and you're still having trouble with Healthie, try these steps:
- Check your internet service provider for outages
- Do a hard refresh of your browser:
- Apple - Cmd+Shift+R
- Safari - Cmd+Option+E, followed by a reload of the page.
- Windows - Ctrl+F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R
- Apple - Cmd+Shift+R
- Make sure your browser is up to date
- A checker like What Is My Browser is an easy way to confirm this.
- Check that your OS is up to date:
- Apple - Click the Apple icon in the top left corner of your screen and select About This Mac
- Windows - Open the Settings app and select System > About or right-click on Start and select Settings.
- Restart your router to clear its cache
