Deep Dive: Task Completion Dashboard

The Task Completion Dashboard enables organizations to view key task management metrics within Healthie. Monitor task completion, track overdue tasks and understand provider workload in one unified dashboard view.

Accessing the Task Completion Dashboard

From your Healthie Dashboard, navigate to Visualize > Task Completion > Select the Date Range and providers.

The dashboard is a visual overview of task completion. There are three tabs: By Task, By Provider, and Task Detail.

By Task tab:

• Upcoming and Overdue Tasks

Task Detail tab:

You can click on the Task Details tab to view the Task List table. This is a raw data table with task data for the selected creation date range, priority, creation source, overdue status and provider(s), and can be downloaded as a CSV, XLSX or JSON file for further analysis. To download the report, click [...] > Download results > select your desired file type > Download. The downloaded file will appear in your devices' Downloads folder.

Understanding the Key Metrics

The Task Completion Dashboard surfaces your organization's task creation and completion by various filters that help identify patterns.

• % Completed by Assigned Provider: The ratio of tasks completed by its assigned provider to total  tasks completed, calculated as (Total # of Tasks Completed by Assigned Provider / Total # of Tasks completed) × 100

Filtering Options

The Task Completion Dashboard offers several filtering options to help you analyze your data effectively:

• Time Period: view trended task creation and completion by week, month or quarter.
• Task Created Date: select custom date ranges to analyze task data over specific time periods. This allows you to track trends over time, compare different periods, or focus on recent performance.
• Provider Selection: filter by individual providers to view specific team members' task data, or select multiple providers to compare performance across your team.
• Task Priority: filter by task priority to view task trends for all, normal or high priority tasks.
• Creation Source: filter by Auto-Generated or Manually-Generated tasks to view trends by creation source.
• Overdue Tasks: filter by overdue status (true or false).

Parent Organizations can log into a sub-organization account to view task data specific to that sub-organization.
