Google Calendar Has Stopped Syncing

Healthie's Calendar can sync with the external calendars that you use, including Google Calendar. 

Sometimes, Google Calendar changes the permissions access to third party tools like Healthie's calendar, and as a result, Healthie no longer has the needed permissions to connect with your GCal, and you will find that Healthie is not syncing new appointments or event onto your calendar. 

Fortunately, there are simple steps you can take to restore these permissions. 


Step 1: Navigate to https://gethealthie.com/external_calendars  and click "Unsync"


Step 2: Visit https://myaccount.google.com/permissions?pli=1


Step 3: Find Healthie in the list of apps, click on it, and then click "Remove Access"


Step 4: In your Google Calendar, remove all calendars named "Healthie"


Step 5: Go back to https://gethealthie.com/external_calendars, and sync your Google Calendar again

Make sure that you allow Healthie access to your calendar when prompted.


Step 6: Wait up to one hour to see changes take effect.
