Deep Dive: Blood Sugar Report

The Blood Sugar reports allows you to download details of Blood Sugar entries that are entered by your clients via the Healthie glucose monitoring device sync.

Note: This report will automatically appear if you have our Dexcom sync enabled on your account. 

Accessing Blood Glucose Report

• Navigate to reports
• Click on Your Blood Glucose Report
• Scroll to the top of the page and you will see a green bar
• Select the "Generated Reports Link" (you might need to refresh the page after a few minutes if it does not appear immediately."
• Click the three dots next the csv in documents and click download. 

Best practices in using Blood Glucose Report

Because of the frequency of inputs in a given day for a given client, about one every 6 minutes, there will be a high volume of entries that populate, particularly if you are working with a large volume of clients. 

We recommend, once downloading the report in Healthie:

• Filtering by a specific date range and / or client 
• Filtering the report to see how specific groups you are working with are doing
