Outlook Calendar Has Stopped Syncing

Healthie's Calendar can sync with the external calendars that you use, including Outlook.

Sometimes, Outlook Calendar changes the permissions access to third party tools like Healthie's calendar, and as a result, Healthie no longer has the necessary permissions to connect with your Outlook calendar, and you will find that Healthie is not syncing new appointments or events onto your calendar.

Fortunately, there are simple steps you can take to restore these permissions.

Please note: Pop up blockers must be disabled for a calendar sync to work.

Step 1

Navigate to https://secure.gethealthie.com/settings/external_sync > Click "Edit" next to Outlook Calendar

Scroll to the bottom of the side-panel that appears, and click "Disconnect Sync"

Step 2

In Outlook Calendar, navigate to the sidebar using the correct Outlook account and delete all instances of Healthie.

Step 3

Confirm that Healthie is not listed under "My Calendars"

Step 4

Go back to https://secure.gethealthie.com/settings/external_sync, and sync your Outlook Calendar again

Make sure that you allow Healthie access to your calendar when prompted.

Step 5

Wait up to 24 hours to see changes take effect.
