Reactivate Your Healthie Account
Welcome back! Healthie maintains your account and data, even after you cancel your account. This means you can reactivate your account at anytime, and all of your information will be restored.
Follow the steps below to reactivate your account.
Log Back in to Healthie
You can reactivate your Healthie account at any time by using your email and password to sign in to Healthie.
If you forgot your password, you can easily reset it. Click the Forgot Password Link on the sign in page, or use this link.
If you'd like to sign up with a different email address, we recommend that you log in, reactivate your account, and then change your email address in your account settings.
Reactivate Your Account
When you sign back in to your account, you'll be asked if you'd like to reactivate your account. Accept the terms to continue on to your account.
If you were previously on a trial of Healthie, you'll be prompted to enter a credit card to reactivate your trial.
By default, you'll be restored to the membership plan that you were last subscribed on. If you'd like to reactivate on a different plan, please email email@example.com and include which plan you'd like to choose. You can review all pricing & plans here.
