Phone systems and Healthie

Many organizations use VOIP systems like Dialpad and Ring Central that serve as call center software for clinicians, care team members, and staff to conduct phone calls with clients. 

Within the Healthie platform, you can schedule a phone call appointment as an appointment type, and you are able to indicate the phone number that will be used for the session. You can then encourage your team members to add notes into the Healthie platform as part of the Charting feature

Integration: Phone Systems & Healthie

Healthie does not currently have an integration built out with VOIP systems like Dialpad and Ring Central. 

If you leverage Healthie's API, you could build a bridge between Healthie and your VOIP system in order to push / pull patient information directly into the Healthie platform.
