Default Charting Settings

By default, Healthie's Forms Library comes with industry standard charting forms. Custom Charting Note Templates can also be created for an account, using our easy form builder tool. 

Account admins are able to indicate which charting note template should appear as the default charting form when starting a new charting session for a client. Pick from amongst our built-in library of forms, or a custom charting template. 

To access your charting settings, navigate to Settings > Features > Charting

Designate a default charting note for: 

• Charting Note Template for individual sessions 
• Charting Note Template for group sessions (if offered)
