Add ICD-10 (Diagnosis) Favorites

CMS 1500 claims require at least one diagnosis code. By default, diagnoses code library within Healthie comes from the default ICD-10 list and we update this on a regular basis.

Administrators and billers can set Favorite ICD codes for their account.

This enables favorited codes to appear at the top of the drop-down when adding an ICD-10/Diagnosis code for a client within a claim, within the Diagnosis List charting module, or within diagnosis details in the client profile.

Add an ICD / Diagnosis Favorite 

When editing or creating a new CSM-1500 claim form, there is a section for Diagnoses. 

A biller or provider can click into a blank diagnosis field, where they will see pre-added favorites at the top of the drop-down. 

To add a new favorite, click + Add Favorite Diagnosis Codes

A modal will appear, allowing the provider or biller to search for, and save, favorite diagnoses. 

Delete ICD Favorites 

From the same user flow, when creating or editing a claim form, click into the diagnosis field. Previously saved favorites will appear with a trash icon next to them. 

Click the trash icon to remove as a favorite.
