Client Profile Picture

It can be helpful to have clients upload a profile picture to their account, and they may even prefer to do so. Clients can self-add a profile picture within their Account Settings when logged into Healthie, on both web and from mobile app.  

We'd recommend clients upload a .jpg, .png or .gif file having a width and height of 150px x 150px. 

Alternatively, providers can request a profile picture be completed as part of the onboarding process, by adding the Profile Picture form to an Intake Flow. This form is separate from the Photo ID form, which will prompt clients to upload a form of identification to be stored within their client chart.
