Manage Your Account Details

You can manage your Account / Business details within the Settings of your account. 

The following business information can be updated in Organization > Settings

• Business Name
• Business NPI number 
• Tax ID Type 
• Tax ID Number 
• Business Phone Number 
• Business Address

Note: If you need to make changes to your business tax ID, name, or address, and want to ensure that the 1099-K is properly updated for tax purposes, you can reach out to finance@gethealthie.com. 

An account owner and/or admin is also able to access and update relevant account information at any time, including: 

• Enable / Disable other account admins
• Change the email address for themselves, or other team members
• Update the credit card on file for Healthie subscription payments
• Change the linked bank account for payment processing
