A Faster Way to Manage Client Info
We’ve updated the Actions Tab in the Client Profile to help you view and update client information more efficiently—reducing clicks and eliminating the need to navigate away from the page.
What’s New:
Quick-Add for Common Details
- For sections like Addresses and Allergies, you can now quickly add new entries using the streamlined “Add” button within each section.
Streamlined Editing
- Edit, delete, and manage existing details via a consistent three-dot menu across all sections.
In-Context Side Panel
- All updates now open in a side panel on the right, so you can stay focused on your workflow without losing your place.

Quick Profile Customization
We’ve introduced a new Client Profile customization setting in Settings that lets Organization Owners decide which components appear in both the Client Overview and Quick Profile, and in what order. The first phase of this rollout starts with Quick Profile customization.
The Quick Profile appears alongside charting and note-taking workflows, giving clinicians at-a-glance client context. Now, Organization Owners can:
- Choose which components display in the Quick Profile
- Reorder sections to match fast-paced clinical workflows
- Surface the right information at the right time for more efficient charting

🛠 Coming Soon: Customize the Client Overview
We’ve introduced a new Client Profile Settings section in Settings that allows Organization Owners to customize which components appear in the Client Overview and Quick Profile, and in what order. This update helps ensure every team member sees the most relevant client information first — while reducing visual clutter from unused sections.
What’s New:
Client Profile Settings
A new tab in
Settings > Client Profile
gives Organization Owners control over what’s displayed across client views.Coming Soon: Client Overview Customization
The Client Overview is the main hub for managing client information. Organization Owners can now choose which components appear — such as Appointments, Financials, Diagnoses, and more — and adjust their order based on team workflows. Learn more here.
💊 Coming Soon: Add a Unified Medications Component to the Client Overview
We’re introducing a new option to add a Medications component to the Client Overview page in Healthie. This component brings together both e-prescribed and self-reported medications into a single, unified view. This enhancement helps reduce confusion across medication sources, improves visibility for care teams, and makes it easier to understand a client’s full medication history in one place.
What’s Included:
- A combined view of self-reported and e-prescribed medications
- Clear source and status labels for each entry
- Ability to filter and search by medication name, type, or effective date
- Option to add medications directly from this section (depending on role and permissions)
How to Add the component:
Organization Owners will be able to add the Medications component by navigating to:
Settings > Client Profile > Client Overview

❓ New Help Button Location
To improve usability and avoid interference with on-screen workflows, we’ve relocated the Help button from the bottom-right corner of the screen to the top navigation bar.
What Changed:
The Help button no longer appears in the bottom-right corner
Support access has moved to the (?) icon in the top nav bar
Clicking the icon and selecting Contact Support will open a new Help panel where users can:
- Search the Healthie Help Docs
- Get AI-powered instant answers
- Submit a support request
Coming Soon: Refreshed In-Product Integrations Experience
We’ve completely reimagined the Integrations page in your Healthie account — making it easier than ever to discover, understand, and connect the tools that power your business and care delivery.
This is Phase 1 of our larger initiative to help you extend the capabilities of Healthie, streamline operations, and unify your workflows with Harbor partners and other essential platforms.

Coming Soon: Custom Letterheads 📧
Within Healthie, you can create and apply custom letterheads to your charting notes and faxes—personalized with your organization’s logo, provider details, and contact information. Whether you want a professional appearance for outbound faxes or charting notes, you can build and save multiple templates to meet your needs.
Your account includes the "System Default" letterhead, and new custom versions can be added and set as default as desired.

Additional Updates
Minor bug fixes. Thank you for taking the time to report these issues to our team, so that we could diagnose and address them for those affected. If any of these issues persist, please let us know by contacting us at hello@gethealthie.com.
- The Quick Profile will now automatically open when creating a new chart note from the client's charting notes page, providing a consistent experience with creating notes from the Charting tab.
- Enjoy enhanced date and time selection across the platform! You can now select dates using a date picker or by typing, with specific updates to Service Date, Group Charting client notes, and separate date/time fields. Additionally, the date of birth field now utilizes the improved date picker.
- Members can no longer upload documents into shared folders if their "Can modify folders and documents shared within your organization" permission is disabled. This prevents unauthorized users from adding documents to folders.
- Clients are now correctly added to and removed from group appointments when changes are made to the client list within a user group. Previously, clients were not automatically removed from recurring group appointments that had been edited.
- Now, when filtering the Organization Calendar for a specific provider, group appointments where that provider is listed as an "Organization Member" are included in the filter results. Previously, these appointments were not displayed.
API Updates
All features added this month are also available directly via the API. In addition, we are laser focused on building a best-in-class customer experience, which includes continuously investing in, and iterating on, our developer experience. This will include updates to documentation, SDKs, Webhooks and more, throughout the upcoming months.
