Port Your Fax Number

Healthie fax provider is SFax. In order to transfer your e-Fax number to a different fax provider, please have the new fax provider send their documents to ports@sfax.j2.com. 

You can find your fax number listed within your account in the Faxing tab.

If your new EMR or fax provider requires a signed Letter of Authorization, you can send the LOA form to hello@gethealthie.com. This will permit us to release your number. 

If you are wishing to have your outside fax number ported to Healthie, this can also be supported. However, porting a fax number can take up to 2 months. If you prefer, you can request a new number to use within Healthie as opposed to waiting for your original number to port. More information can be found here: Getting Started: Healthie E-Fax
