Port Your Fax Number

To port (transfer) your fax number from Healthie, your Healthie account must remain active throughout the porting process. The account owner can email hello@gethealthie.com with the following:

• Permission to transfer the fax number
• The fax number to be transferred
• A blank copy of the LOA (Letter of Authorization) from the new fax provider

We'll fill in the required sections and return the LOA to you. From there, you'll submit it to your new fax provider to initiate the transfer.
