Port Your Fax Number
To port (transfer) your fax number from Healthie, the account holder must reach out to hello@gethealthie.com with the following:
- Permission to transfer the fax number
- The fax number to be transferred
- A blank copy of the LOA (Letter of Authorization) from the new fax provider
We'll fill in the required sections and return the LOA to you. From there, you'll submit it to your new fax provider to initiate the transfer.
You can find your fax number listed within your account in the Faxing tab.
If you'd like to port your existing fax number into Healthie, we can support that as well. As a note, the porting process can take up to 2 months.
