Delete a Chart Note

Healthie's Charting feature (EHR) allows you to electronically take notes on clients in an organized way. If a team member has permissions to delete a chart note, they can do so within the client's profile.

To delete a note, navigate to your client's profile > Charting > View Chart Notes. Select the chart note from the left side-panel and then click More on the top-right (next to Edit) and choose "Delete Charting Note" from the options. Once this action has been performed, your deleted chart note cannot be recovered. 

Note: Locked chart notes cannot be deleted.
