Re-added "View" Button for Providers with "Can create, edit, archive, and delete programs" Permission Disabled

Admins want providers to be able to view programs module even if "Can create, edit, archive, and delete programs" is disabled for them.

Regardless of whether "Can create, edit, archive, and delete programs" is disabled or enabled, and regardless of whether "Can enroll and remove clients from programs" is disabled or enabled, the "View" button should appear for providers on Program modules for in both Edit and View mode.

Added Quarterly and Annual Options for Recurring Form Completion Requests

There may be an instance in which you would like to have client(s) fill out the same intake form more than once, but have this capability live outside of a Program that you offer. Reasons for this could include wanting to send out a weekly survey, asking for an update to a journal, or something else.

You can set this up within Healthie to apply to clients and/or groups, such that it's possible to request a form completion from multiple clients or groups at the same time. You are also able to select the frequency of when the form will be requested for clients to complete (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, or multiple times per week).

Navigate to Forms (left sidebar) > My Forms > [...] to the right of Form Name > Request Form Completion. The Recur Frequency drop-down menu will only appear when the "This form should recur" box is selected. We have now added the ability to select "Quarterly" or "Yearly" options for recurring form completion requests.

    • Webhooks contain organization_membership.created andorganization_membership.updated

    • Webhooks containrequested_payment.created andrequested_payment.updated

Additional Updates

  • Minor bug fixes.
  • For customers who have enabled the Healthie and Rupa integration, labs can now be ordered in NY, NJ, and RI. The Healthie + Rupa integration enables mutual customers to draft lab orders, receive lab results, and share results with clients directly within Healthie. This integration is available to all members on our Plus Plan and above, at no additional cost from Healthie. Learn more here.
  • For your clients only, when pressing the Helpscout bubble/widget, the "Chat/Ask" tab will no longer be visible; this way clients can better understand how and when they should reach out to Healthie Support versus how and when they should reach out to you as their Provider. The Helpscout bubble/widget is also now specifically labeled with a magnifying glass and "Support."
    • Your client will be able to directly message Healthie Support by clicking on the "?" link at the top right of their Healthie account, and clicking on the "Support" widget.
    • We have changed the copy of "How can we help?" to "Technical Support," and "Our team will be in touch soon" to "Reach out below for technical issues only. For non-technical issues please contact your Provider via the Chat tab in the left-hand navigation menu."
  • When a Charting Note is created from a Group Appointment by going to Calendar (left navigation sidebar) > Appointment block, all clients scheduled for the appointment appear in the Individual Client Notes section of the Group Charting note. Some providers only expect clients that were marked as attended to appear on the Charting Note.
    • To solve for this issue, when a Charting note is created from a Group Appointment after tracking attendance, all clients scheduled for the appointment will continue to appear in the Individual Client Notes section of the Group Charting note, but Clients who were marked as having attended the appointment will appear at the top of the Individual Client Notes section with an "(Attended)" note.
    • Meanwhile, clients who were NOT marked as having attended the appointment will appear below Clients who were marked as attended, without an "(Attended)" note.
