Insurance Billing for Starter Plan Members

As part of our ongoing efforts to refine our service offerings and provide the best possible experience to our users, we will be making changes to the availability of the CMS 1500 product for Healthie Starter Plan members.

Effective May 30th, 2024, access to the CMS 1500 feature will no longer be available for our Starter Plan. This means that if you're currently on the Starter Plan and have created CMS 1500 claims, you will no longer be able to access this feature after this specified date.

We understand that this change may impact your workflows, which is why we want to offer you some recommendations to ensure a smooth transition:

1) Export your created claims

Rest assured, your previously created CMS 1500 claims will not be lost and still be available/saved within Healthie’s database. After this rollback, however, you won’t be able to see previously created CMS 1500 claims directly in your Healthie platform. 

You can export your claims data for your records. You can also download a CSV of all CMS 1500 by going to Reports > CMS 1500. 

If you decide to hold off on upgrading your Healthie plan until some point in the future, your claims will still be accessible to you if you reach out to hello@gethealthie.com

2) Upgrade your plan

By upgrading to the Healthie Essentials Plan, you'll retain access to the CMS 1500s feature and be able to create new claims seamlessly. Healthie’s Plus Plan supports our integration with Office Ally for direct claims submission and additional billing automations.
