E-Labs Direct: View Lab Results in Healthie
Healthie enables you to connect your existing Quest, LabCorp, or Bioreference account with Healthie to enable direct lab ordering within the Healthie platform. This will allow prescribers and/or support staff to place lab orders and receive results without having to leave the platform.
When E-Labs Direct is enabled for your account all client lab results will be made available within Healthie.

Permissions to View Lab Results
E-Labs Direct must be enabled for your account in order to use the below-mentioned ordering workflows. Learn more here.
Once enabled, please review your team member permissions to ensure the following are enabled for the necessary team members:
- Can view labs
With E-Labs Direct, support staff that you have indicated as Users during the E-Labs Direct enablement process will be able to place lab orders on behalf of Physician Reviewers.
View Lab Results from Labs Page
You'll find the Labs tab within the main left-side navigation of Healthie. This will show all lab results, across all clients.
Use the filters from the Labs page to further refine your search:
- Filter by lab order status
- Filter by client(s)
- Filter by provider(s)
View Lab Results from Client Profile
Within the Clients Profile > Overview you'll find a Recent Labs widget. To expand to see all lab orders for this specific client, click See all labs.
This will bring you to the Labs page, automatically filtered for the selected client. Further refine your lab review by using the Status and/or Provider filters.
View Lab Results in Client Documents
Within the Client's Profile > Charting > Documents you'll find a PDF version of completed lab results available. Clients will be able to access their lab results from their Client Portal.
