Sub-Orgs: Add Existing Team Members to More Organizations [Coming Soon]
Healthie enables organization admins to add existing team members to one or more sub-organizations. This allows you to scale teams efficiently, while keeping member details consistent across your organization.
When a member is added to sub-organizations:
- Their account type, permission template, and member details are applied across all selected sub-orgs.
- Admins can manage roles and access in a consistent way, without recreating profiles.
This functionality is only available when logged into the Parent Organization, and the user must have the following user permissions enabled:
- Can edit and remove members in the organization
- Can add members to the organization
- Can view the org member calendars that includes all org member schedules
Adding Team Members to Multiple Sub-Organizations
Navigate to Organization > Sub-Orgs tab > Add members to sub-org
- Choose the sub-org you want to assign team member(s).
- Select the member(s) you wish to add (you can multi-select, or select all).
- Select the appropriate Account Type (Standard or Support).
- If you have Permission templates created, you can select your template.
Once completed, the selected members will be added to the designated sub-org with the permissions you assigned.
