Lock Intake Forms

Healthie’s Charting Feature allows you to lock intake forms once they’ve been completed by a client. Locking a completed intake form ensures that a client cannot make future edits and the responses from a specific date are maintained. 

To Lock an Intake Form:

• Navigate to the your client’s profile > Charting > View Charting Notes 
• Select the intake form from the left side-panel and then click Edit 
• Click on the Charting note options button on the top right and then click Lock note  

If you return to the Charting Notes view, you’ll see that the intake form is Locked.
