Deep Dive: AI Scribe Usage Dashboard

The AI Scribe Usage Dashboard gives Admins and Org Owners a clear, at-a-glance view of their organization's Scribe minutes usage — directly in the Visualize section of Healthie.

Who can access it

The Scribe Usage Dashboard is available to:

• Organizations with an active AI Scribe (AI Charting) subscription
• Admins and Org Owners only (Non-admin providers and other team members will not see this dashboard).

How to access it

From your Healthie dashboard, navigate to Visualize > Scribe Usage.

What you'll see

• Minutes used (month to date): Total AI Scribe minutes consumed by your organization in the current calendar month.
• Refreshed daily: Data updates once per day. A "Refreshed daily" label is shown on the dashboard so you always know the data cadence.

Notes

• Data begins from the month this dashboard became available. Historical data prior to launch is not displayed.
• The dashboard is currently not available for organizations on shards. If you believe this applies to your organization and you need usage data, please contact support.
• Usage data reflects minutes at the organization level, not broken down by individual provider.
