How to Transition from Rupa to Fullscript

Your lab ordering experience remains entirely unchanged as we have designed this update to feel completely familiar.

You can access Fullscript exactly where you are used to working with Rupa Health. Fullscript is available directly within the standard labs flow from the following areas:

  • Client Profile Overview: Order labs quickly while reviewing your client's general details.
  • Quick Profile: Access vendor selection efficiently during an active session from the Labs widget.
  • Labs Tab: Manage, track, and order new labs from your central lab management dashboard.

To use these entry points, ensure you meet the connection requirements by connecting your Fullscript account and have the necessary permissions enabled: Can view labs, Can order labs, and Should see option to use Fullscript within Healthie. Simply select the option to order a new lab just as you always have, and choose Fullscript from the vendor options to continue providing top-tier care.

Will I need to learn a new process to order labs?

Not at all! Your lab ordering experience will remain unchanged. You will follow the exact same steps you used previously, simply selecting Fullscript as your vendor.


Where can I find the option to order through Fullscript?

Fullscript will be integrated directly into your existing workflow. You can easily find it within the labs flow from the Client Profile Overview, the Quick Profile, and the main Labs tab.


What happens to my previous Rupa orders?

Your previous orders and historical data will remain accessible within your client profiles so you can continue to monitor your clients' progress without missing a beat.
