Update an Intake or Policy for Clients to Complete
Have you recently updated a policy or intake form for your business? Ensure that new clients see the new version of the form, and request existing clients complete/acknowledge your policy updates.
Have new clients completed the updated version of the form
If you've updated an existing form in your forms library, it is automatically saved. If this form is already added to an intake flow, new clients will automatically see the updated version. Existing clients will not be prompted to complete the form again, and any completed forms in your client's profiles will not change.
If you've created a completely new form, then you'll need to remove the existing one from your intake flow(s) and add the new form.
Have existing clients complete the updated version of the form
To keep things simple for your clients, it's best that you request form completion for your new/updated form. For your convenience, you'll be able to request entire group(s) of clients complete the updated form.
