Delete a Client Account

Due to healthcare regulations and the implications of permanently deleting client health data, Healthie does not support deleting client accounts. This applies to requests from both providers and clients.

For test accounts: while we understand these may contain no real patient health information, we are still unable to delete them. We recommend using Healthie Staging for testing instead of your production account.

Here are some ways to manage client data:

• You can archive clients you're no longer working with.
• If a duplicate account has been created, you can merge the two client accounts.
• If you are canceling your Healthie account, here are steps for exporting client data.
